It was a spoof setup to pit Brian Kilmeade against Steve Doocey. It showed that Brian had Steve's number ( the domain 64783742779.info that loads an appropriate website to honor Mr. Happy) At the time the domain 64783742779.info loaded up 'The Hamster Dance."
A technical April Fools Joke, it consummated the ultimate April Fools Day prank on Brian's buddy Steve.
